Marks & Spencer

I worked with PBFA – a large supplier to M&S, Next, Sainsburys etc. My role as Senior Designer was to lead development and design of giftware ranges. I travelled regularly to London to meet with M&S and conduct trend research. One of the successful brands I created was a Kirstie Allsopp homeware range. At the time, crafting and homely pursuits was still in full swing so this was bang on trend, and it continued to be popular for M&S for many years to come.

The Wallace + Gromit range was a delight to work on – I met regularly with Aardman in Bristol to come up with product ideas and surface design that suited their brand as well as M+S’s. The range was a huge success, and we won a Licensing Award for it in 2010.
